Covid19 update

COVID-19 Update - August 2020

The Government has already begun easing lockdown restrictions, with schools and non-essential retailers now operating with strict rules in place.

From 4 July places of worship will be able to open with restrictions on numbers (30 people), singing and worship music. In light of this we've decided to continue  our services and gatherings online via video and phone conferencing to minimise the spread of the virus, until it's safer to meet in person.

Virtual church services and gatherings

You can connect with us online through
  • Our online Sunday morning celebration.
  • Children and youth church (10.30am - 11.15am).
  • Midweek prayer gathering (Tuesdays).
  • Friday night neighbourhood groups online (1st and 3rd Friday of the month).
Find out more on our Micah online services page.

What you can do

Social distancing doesn't have to mean shutting out or shutting down. You can get involved during this time by:
  1. Tuning in - Come to the Zoom rooms early and expecting God to move.

  2. Staying safe - As the weather gets warmer, stay vigilant in maintaining your health and wellbeing during lockdown.

  3. Being generous - While our world is anxiously protecting themselves, let’s live like Jesus and be generous during this time. Buy someone else’s groceries, give a neighbour some toilet paper, give sacrificially. We can still be generous during this time because we know who is our provider, Our God. Thank you for your commitment to us. Please do continue to give to the work of the church:
